Hm - you again...
You need to make yourself a very simple tool!
Start with a flat iron "bar" - a piece of approx 30 cm. length and 4-5 cm. width.
In the one end, you make a hole of approx. 30-35 mm in diam. (large enough to give acces to the socket you are going to use on top of the crank-axle centernut.
Then, measuring the distance between the two holes in the PowerDynamo rotor, you have to bore two 8 mm holes in your flat-bar - used for inserting two pieces of threaded bars - or just two bolts.
Tighten those two bolts firmly - so you have two ends sticking approx. 30 mm out from the flatbar.
Now you just have to insert those two ends in the flywheel holes, use your socket top, and tighten firmly!
Dopnt forget to use "Locktite"!
When finished with the operation - check carefully afterwards, that the firing point havent moved!
If so - repeat the whole thing once more...

I forgot your carb. troubles - sorry...
You will do nothing wrong, if you position the needle in mid-position - the throttle slide 1 to 1 1/2 mm from bottom position - and have the idle screw screwed out from the closed position, 1 1/2 full turn.

If your vehicle hasnt run for a very long time - you would be wise to CLEAN all jets VERY throughly.
Most "ununderstandable" carb. troubles stem from partly blocked jets!

Have fun.
