Moto Rumi Formichino 125 cc - 1958

In July 2006 I bought this Moto Rumi Formichino for my father who lives in Spain. I got it in Italy

but previously it came imported from Uruguay. I needed almost 2 years to get all the spare parts and

restore this bike. I got spare parts from France (Moto Rumi Club France), UK (Moto Rumi Club UK),

Argentina, Italy, Vietnam and US. This bike was restored by Manolo Rodriguez

fixing the engine, Javier Arana painting it and Valerio Marin assembling everything.

I want to specially thank Eddie Jackson, who helped me unselfishly in every moment,

thanks to him I got all my knowledge about the Moto Rumi world, I found several very

difficult spare parts as well, and most importantly, I found a friend with whom

I have shared along these years more than a thousand mails. Thanks you Ed.
