Tony Mooring

Unfortunately the President of the UK Moto Rumi Club, Tony Mooring, passed away a few days ago after a short illness. My condolences to the family and friend in this difficult moment. Certainly a very sad news for the Rumi community. RIP. Tony Mooring Moto Rumi 01.jpg Tony-Mooring-Moto-Rumi-02b.jpg

Hi, The engine number shown at the photo is 2XX12797, that is correct with a Junior. I say that because another member of the forum that has a very nice Junior, mentioned in the past here that his engine number is 2XX12792. Also, the number 2XX12800 was from another confirmed Junior, the engine halv...

Hi John,

At the Dellorto UA15S, press down the plunger to start the engine. With the engine warm, the plunger must be all the way up.

Hi Hugo,
Yes, you have to have a brake light in the UK. Both my Rumis had a switch on the break pedal. .......
Thank you John for the clarification, and thanks Graham to you too for the detailed explanation about the bulbs. ;)

Re: Formichino rear bulb sizes.

Hi John, 3 bulbs?, all my Rumi, (including both scooters) only use one bulb at the rear light. No brake light. As far as I know, that is the way they came from factory. Do you have to mount brake rear light in UK? Why three bulbs?, what is the purpose of the third one? I am very curious. Greets, Hugo
