Latest on my Long Distance Super Sport

Post by Ian Skinner » Tue Nov 26, 2019 6:33 pm

Hi Guys

Well, it's almost three years ago that I started this project. It's finally almost complete, just needs the Rumi stickers on the tank and the seat upholstered. I think that it will be a bit of a challenge for me to ride, overweight, getting on a bit etc. I found it impossible to retain the original steel Aimon wheel rims as they were beyond safe renovation, a pity really. If anybody knows of a pair of reworkable 19 inch Aimons, please give me a Heads-Up.

Cheers for now, Ian

Congratulation Ian for the latest Rumi you build. It is nice to finally see it like that, I know how many headaches that little one gave you, flash back me my bloody Bicarburatore

Beautiful color by the way.
