Flatten the curve (Coronavirus)

Post by opsimoto » Fri Mar 20, 2020 2:22 pm

Dear Rumi friends,
in times of Corona Virus I wish you, your families and friends all the best.
Stay healthy and with a little bit of luck we will see you with our Rumi's soon on the street again.
Until then if possible "Stay at home - flatten the curve"

I will be isolating tomorrow - out for a long ride on my formichino far away from everyone, not self isolating as my friend "lambretta" is keen to get some miles in before we are banned. keep safe everyone / don't be greedy in the shops / keep an eye out for elderly neighbours.

Well said both of you,I shall be self isolating as well.
Trouble is I'm an elderly neighbour surrounded by elderly neighbours.
Good luck with it all.
See you when it is all over.
Michael.

you looked like a spring chicken at wicksteed mick, I owe you over that crank by the way - ian said when dismantled it wasn't the best "he actually used slightly stronger words" nothing I could see before dismantling, I was going to call but a crashed phone = lost a load of numbers and call history.

old a and young peopler walking around where i live in kent like the corona virus is a common cold, they are not taking it seriously enough.i am staying at home and my son and his other half and the grandhildren are not allowed in the house.the poor people of bergamo are really suffering.there are frightning videos on msn news uk of bergamos main hospital full of coffins and sick people,if people saw them they would take it more seriously.if you look its heading is people dying alone. hugo on a different note could you design a quick simple card that members could add their names to,to show our support for the people of bergamo at this time and to show they are being though of at this time.and send it to the rumi family.put a picture of a rumi on it,

GOOD WISHES FOR ALL

Post by RF125 » Wed Mar 25, 2020 8:00 pm

Good morning to everybody. From here I write just to know how are in health each of the members of this beloved "Rumiera" community and their respective families and friends . I follow all my European contacts on Facebook, praying that everything ends soon and in a while to be just an horrible anecdote.
I send everyone a big hug and my health wishes to all, from an Argentina in quarantine.

Regards
