Shifter part needed - Selector Quardrant

Post by drtrnr » Fri Dec 20, 2019 3:16 pm

Hello All,
Hope you are all in good spirits and have a wonderful holiday season.

On my Santa list is a SELECTOR QUADRANT for my Rumi Junior. I have all of the other parts except for this one. If any one has one or help me locate one it will be greatly appreciated.

Happy Holidays,
John A

The postman left a notice today and I will have to sign for it. I wish you could have sent it without a signature required. I work during delivery hours and when the Post Office is open. I'll try to find someone to get it for me. I'll let you know when I receive it.
Thanks,
John A

hello john, unfortunately to get the part to you safely i have to send it tracked otherwise it can get lost in the postal system ,so the post office here require it signed for to show me they have had it delivered.

I'll second that, NEVER, NEVER send anything you cannot, for whatever reason, risk loosing!

Particularly if it's Yodle, their delivery knuckle dragger couldn't find a house that's been sitting here since 1926, house numbered on the gatepost and sitting in an established made up road --- ask poor old Hugo!

Which just goes to prove what a bunch of couldn't care less muppets they are, when I went to their Basildon distribution centre I was told it had gone to Milton Keynes. Their whole attitude was "tough s++t ~~ not interedsted -- don't care".

One thought, if sending a parcel maybe sticking an "as seen from the road" picture of the delivery address on the parcel or failing that a marked local map might help the poor darlings . . .

Got it yesterday just fine. I was not expecting a new part, it is very nice.
Sure glad we don't have your postal system, it sounds like a wreck.
Thanks again and have a good weekend,
John A

Not yet Arthur,
The grandkids have me busy working on their bikes. But after I get my KDX200 running, it is next. I'll be sure to let everyone know how I did. I got a lot of help from this forum over the years.
Regard, John A
