New member kenny

Post by Kennyv » Thu Oct 24, 2019 7:42 pm

Hello everyone,

My name is kenny, belgian teacher who started to have a passion for rumi because of my father. Together we collect rumi’s. Our collection is starting to grow and we own three rumi’S now and a pb agusta pullman. The most beautiful rumi in my opinion is added in a picture. It’s a rumi owned by a racer who did some special mods like the monochoc.
Let me know what you think. Maybe you can telle me more about this machine.

Hi Kenny,

Welcome to Moto Rumi Forum!!!

Thanks for sharing with us those photos, there is no question that this Rumi Sport must perform very nicely with that front and rear suspension modifications. I guess is a matter of taste, some people likes to modifying them to optimum performance, others to keep them as more original as possible, I am more at the second group, but as mentioned, there is not question that your bike must perform very well, and doesn't look bad at all.

I see two scooters at the back, please send us also photos of them!!!!!

It is great counting with another member from Belgium in the forum, there are already a bunch of them, I guess you all must know each other.

Enjoy the forum!!!
Hugo

Hi Hugo,

Thank you for the welcome.

We have two scooters indeed. The unpainted one is the last purchase and is a single carburator. The white one is a double carburator. At the moment none of the bikes run and some leaking a bit so we need a lot of work to get them up and running and that is why I joined this community to learn more about them. I’m more also a person who likes to keep things original but the sport was too beautiful to not buy and it came with its documentation and extras.

Kind regards kenny

Nice scooters!!!, thanks for share the photos with us.

I hope you can find here all the information you need to get those two beauties on the road again.

Feel free to download as many manuals as you need fro the download section, and of course feel free to ask whatever question if you do not find the answer in the forum.
